Cottage Farm Brown Rice Vermicelli is made up by whole brown rice which retains its bran during processing. This offers high amount of nutrients if compared to normal refined vermicelli.The vermicelli is dried at low temperature for at least 12 hours, then every bundle is hand folded like a 'nest.' This aged old traditional process is different from the modern machine-made rice stick method which contains more starch for binding.
